Order Processing:

Please allow 24 to 48 hours for order processing, pending product availability and payment verification. Kindly confirm that all order details and shipping information are correct before completing the checkout process. Clothyfly does not ship on weekends or major holidays.

You will receive an automatic confirmation email once your order is placed. If you do not see the order confirmation within a few minutes of ordering, please check your spam or promotions folder.

All orders are reviewed by our team. Due to high demand, items may occasionally become unavailable even after an order is placed. In such cases, a full refund will be issued to the original payment method for the amount initially paid. For refunds issued to the original payment method, please allow 5–10 business days for the funds to appear on your bank statement.

Once your order is processed and dispatched by our fulfillment team, you will receive a shipping confirmation email.

Order Modifications & Cancellations

We understand that mistakes happen. You can easily cancel your order at any point before it enters the processing stage. Once an order has been processed by our team, standard self-service cancellation is no longer available. If you need to modify or cancel your order after processing has begun, please reach out to our support team immediately, and we will do our best to accommodate your request before the package leaves our facility.

Shipping & Delivery

Clothyfly currently exclusively ships within India. Under normal circumstances, standard orders will be delivered within 5 to 7 business days.

Orders may experience shipping delays during special releases, major holidays, markdown periods, sudden rushes in order volume, or if your delivery location is in a remote area. We appreciate your patience as we work to get your apparel to you as quickly as possible.

Lost Packages

Please note that once proof of delivery is provided with a tracking number, Clothyfly is not responsible for lost, damaged, or stolen items. All risks are assumed by the courier.

Final Sale Items

During any sale or promotional period, all sales are final. Clothyfly reserves the right to extend, modify, or discontinue markdowns at any time without notice. No adjustments will be made for your purchases if Clothyfly lowers the price of an item you have already purchased. Returns on final sale items are only available if the product arrives damaged or defective.
