Shipping & Returns

We offer a 3-day return policy. This means you have 3 days from the receipt of your item to request a return. To qualify for a return, your item must be in the same condition as when you received it: unworn, unused, with tags, and in its original packaging.

Refunds

We will notify you once we have received and inspected your return and let you know if the refund was approved. If approved, it will be automatically refunded to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it may take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.

Shipping Policy

For orders, we use registered domestic courier companies and/or speed post services for shipping. Orders are delivered within 3-4 days, or as per the delivery date agreed upon at the time of order confirmation, by the courier company/post office regulations.

We cannot be held responsible for any delivery delays caused by the courier company/postal authorities. We commit to handing over the consignment to the courier company or postal authorities within 3-4 days from the date of order and payment, or as per the delivery date agreed upon during order confirmation.

Cancellation Policy

We understand that mistakes happen. You can easily cancel your order at any point before it enters the processing stage. Once an order has been processed by our team, standard self-service cancellation is no longer available. If you need to modify or cancel your order after processing has begun, please reach out to our support team immediately, and we will do our best to accommodate your request before the package leaves our facility.
